Was a little nervous choosing a new mattress because it had be right for me , i was welcomed into the store in Chesterfield i explained i had a back problem so i needed help and advice , the salesman (Drew ) was very knowledgeable and helpfull along with being very patient and not at all pushy . After sitting and laying on a few mattresses i made my decision . The delivery was quick and easy and i couldn't be happier with my new mattress , the best nights sleep in a long time . I can highly recommend Dreams 100per cent !!!! . Thank you Drew , thank you Dreams from a happy customer 😊 .

We have been mattress shopping for a few weeks, we have visited several other outlets and either been bombarded with a high pressure sales tactic or been completely ignored, we went into the chesterfield store of dreams just as we were passing, we were greeted on the way in from over the shop and told if we needed help let him know, we mostly looked all around the shop, bounced in a few bed edges sat on some more beds and were looking for a soft bed. We were engaged in friendly conversation by the sales man, asked what we were looking for and offered the opportunity to get fitted up for a mattress, he explained why it was good to be fitted and the negatives to just sitting on a bed side, at no point did we feel pressured and felt more than comfortable with his friendly manner. We were offered a drink and got “fitted” we were then shown a range of mattresses that would suit our needs, and even though the machine had said we needed firm we were reluctant to accept this, however he persisted and negotiated with us to at least try them, he explained about the guarantee, I was more reluctant than my husband, and even though I was set I did try the selection offered, and much to our surprise we did opt for a silent night firm mattress. I have to say mostly the reason we purchased there and then was the rapport we built with the assistant as he was very good and we had a silent night mattress prior and it was excellent. Once we decided on the mattress he quickly completed the paperwork, ensured that we understood about the additional warranty, again there was no pressure to buy, sorted a suitable delivery date and we left very happy. Unfortunately we didn’t get his name.

Chesterfield branch a very knowledgeable team about their products there was no pressure to buy anything and we took as long as we needed to make our choices we had a king size bed and mattress and returned a few days after to order a headboard highly recommended

Jenny at Chesterfield branch was fantastic, really listened to what we needed. Knew her products and very happy having a lovely comfortable bed again.

My experience on choosing a new mattress from Dreams at Chesterfield was trouble free from choosing to delivery.
The Staff were really helpful/friendly but not pushy ( which I hate) I was given a fairly prompt delivery day and the old mattress was taken away and new mattress put in place by two very helpful guys who even had shoe protectors on.
I feel Dreams have the right balance of customers service which is rare in these times. Well done to my local branch.

I went to dreams and was put on the bed that measures your pressure points. Afterwards I was shown a selection of mattresses which I was allowed to try, but I kept going back to the same one! I have it now and it’s amazing and I no longer sleep on the edge of the bed! I actually starfish 😂😂 on a serious note! Great service, Great mattress 5 stars from me xxx

My husband suffers from back pains. We went into store and were advised on what matress to purchase to best suit our needs. After 2 years this matress has considerably dipped on both sides despite us turning it regularly. Dreams sent out a technican to assess the matress who found that it is not dipping enough for dreams to do anything about it. I dread to think how much it has to dip for anything to be done! Terrible after care after spending £1200 on a silentnight matress with the promise of it having 5 years guarantee.. what a load of use that is. Avoid dreams at all costs - over priced, terrible service and my husbands back is in terrible pain.
