Assistant very helpful, very happy with mattress and delivery men were very helpful

From start to finish the experience has been amazing. We needed 2 beds and a sofa bed. All our needs were listened to and we were shown serval beds.
We had to keep moving the delivery dates due to completion dates been moved, this was never an issue.
The delivery guys were great, they assembled the beds and removed all packaging. They use feet covers and were so quick.
No complaints at all.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dream to anyone.

I was given a delivery date by the Dreams Sales Assistant in the Cardiff Branch and my bed was delivered on that day. I was also told that I would be given a 2 hour slot and that the delivery men would contact me. All of that happened, so I was very impressed.

The delivery men wore plastic shoes whilst delivering my bed and they put the bed together really quickly.

I couldn't be happier with my bed so far and the excellent service I received.

Julie, the member of staff who served me, was excellent and a credit to the store. Cannot speak any more highly of her.

My mattress was delivered exactly when it was supposed to be. My old mattress was collected first, then the new one brought in. It was pouring with rain at the time and I appreciated the 2 delivery men putting covers on their shoes before going upstairs. The new mattress is very heavy and thick so the men had to push it around quite a bit to get it up the stairs and into the bedroom. The only small problem was that the new mattress had been propped up outside the front door briefly and as such the plastic covering was wet and dirty. This got transferred onto my wallpaper when they were trying to get it up the stairs. Luckily I got most of the mud droplets off but it could have been a lot worse.
The mattress itself is so comfortable and my hips have not ached since I’ve had it .

All round great service from the team in Newport Road. From the moment I entered the store I was made to feel welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. Delivery service was superb too - polite, friendly and prompt. Fantastic service throughout.

Arrived exactly on time. Delivery men covered their shoes,carried the bed upstairs and assembled it in less than 20 minutes.Very efficient and friendly.Delighted with our ottoman bed,super comfy and sty!ish.Salesman very knowledgeable,helpful and not pushy.Pleasant experience

From ordering my mattress to the actual delivery it was seamless. I opted to recycle my old mattress and was sent a bag prior to delivery to put my old mattress in. It was well worth the additional cost to recycle my old mattress with Dreams as it saved me from having to organise collection separately. The delivery guys were considerate and wore shoe coverings when they came into the house. I would definitely recommend Dreams.

We are happy with the new divan from Dreams getting a good nights sleep so far.

When I first entered the shop I was a bit overwhelmed that there were so many different types and sizes and styles of bed. When I spoke to Tracey and explained my circumstances she helped me understand what and how I needed to know. After having lie down I was shown what the results were and which mattress would suit me when I found the right mattress Tracey then showed me the pillows so after trying then I said that I would be back on Sunday and having slept on them for about two weeks I’m very satisfied with my purchase and the help I received in store Cardiff

The Kingsize bed frame exceeded my expectations. The ottoman storage helps store items.

I have complex needs and was treated by the assistant with such professinalism, sociability and kindness that I was able to purchase my requirement immediately.

Bought a TV bed and paid for assembly.
Ended with the wall chipped and destroyed because the people hired were unprofessional.

Issue has been solved promptly, pleased with the service.

Seller let us make our own choices on the product we wanted. Friendly, informative, efficient. Good delivery experience. Great to get old mattress recycled, not landfilled.
