The worker there is a kind friendly guy. He welcomed us warmly and helped us.

Moving back to UK, needed bed for when we completed house purchase. Charlie was absolutely brilliant at helping us chose the best bed and mattress. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the options and quickly assessed our requirements.Made the whole experience very enjoyable and even made us a coffee. Excellent customer service and a very affable young man . Would highly recommend the store.

We visited Dreams yesterday with very little knowledge about mattresses or any real idea of what would be right for us, and Charlie made the entire experience genuinely fantastic.

He took the time to explain everything clearly, showed us the different options available and helped us understand which mattress and bed frame would best suit our needs. What stood out most was the personal care he gave us throughout - he listened carefully, guided us without rushing us and made what could have been a confusing decision feel incredibly easy and enjoyable.

We left feeling completely confident and delighted with our purchase. Charlie is an absolute credit to Dreams, and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you, Charlie, for taking such wonderful care of us!

Fantastic experience in the Cardiff showroom. The lady that served us allowed us time to consider the options recommended and did not pressure us into a sale. She was very knowledgable on the mattresses, which is what we went in to purchase. We decided on a Tempur mattress which I have read mixed reviews on, they seem to be a bit like marmite.. you either love it or hate it. I absolutely love it but my Husband is still adjusting to the switch from a sprung mattress therefore I would advise that you try it before making a decision based on other reviews. We also purchased the soft Tempur pillows which are very comfortable. The delivery drivers were very professional and polite and contacted us several times to organise the delivery.

Laura. This is why! Upon arrival I was already cheesed off because I didn’t want to spend any more money on a mattress that would turn out to be awful. (I’d already spent 2K on ‘Emma’). So to put it lightly, I didn’t want to be there. Laura approached my wife and I and then introduced herself and I thought; ‘Oh god here we go, if this girl tries to start selling to me without listening I’m leaving!’ However, after some small talk about the weather, she asked if she could help, I’d calmed down in these few seconds because her demeanour was open and friendly. So I said ‘Yes.’ I told her what we needed and the rest was all her. She was perfect, the right amount of joking, without the offensive banter. She listened and gave us all of the options. We had coffee and a good walk around. I didn’t even need to look at the overwhelming choice as she took us to every mattress that was recommended for our sleep patterns, after doing the sleep match. I was impressed because she didn’t profile us, she didn’t judge us based on her own purse and she didn’t assume we were going to spend money either. I would’ve felt comfortable saying no and leaving. This is why we had such a great experience and bought our new Tempur mattress with you. The store manager was also very friendly and helpful throughout the process. He didn’t take over. he listened to Laura and facilitated what she needed. She was the one who’d made the connection with us and he supported that without too much involvement. My wife was also apprehensive because we had read how awful Dreams contact centre service was but the store manager took the time to come over and reassure us. I have worked in a senior retail role for over 20 years and I tried to poach Laura 😂. She was having none of it, she said she loved her work pattern and enjoyed her job. This could’ve been a big fat lie and I wouldn’t have been able to tell. You’ve got a good one in Laura, she cares! As for the store manager - he was calm, measured and humble. You don’t see this very often. Normally a manager takes over and gets unnecessarily involved but, you could feel the trust he had in his team and knew he supported them fully. Overall it was a very smooth and enjoyable experience and I will be recommending the Newport Road store and Laura to everyone that will listen! Thankyou, let’s hope this mattress lives up to my expectations 😀

Bought a new bed and Tempur mattress from Dreams. Very comfortable. Great night's sleep. Useful drawers in divan base. Excellent. (Only problem is that I don't want to get up.)
