I suffer with anxiety and depression and the staff at this store were so helpful and understanding of my situation, especially Julie. She allowed me to try the sleep match bed, and guided me through a number of options of mattress and frame, before I settled on my new temper mattress. Thank you once again for making the experience a lot less stressful.

The staffs are very friendly and have good understanding of the product. They are always calm and patient with me while I make my decisions. They also help me with measurement to suit my space.

Wenhad a very simple, stress free experience when ordering our matress, we got a great deal, efficient and friendly delivery and all round top customer service from start to finish.

Had my new mattress for just over a week - really helpful friendly delivery men. Couldn't better their customer service. And to top it all I have had the best night's sleep every night since. Will definitely recommend Dreams and will use them again.
