Great delivery time all though to have an afternoon slot you do pay more !?! So I went with the cheaper option.

Dreams . They were so helpful very friendly and professional , not pushy at all . They spent a lot of time helping us make the right decision.
We are delighted with the bed, base mattress and headboard .
The two young men that delivered the bed put on special shoes to protect our carpets and were very friendly and professional

It's a lovely comfortable bed. So glad I went in dreams to buy it, medium support but soft, comfy and of good quality.

From start to finish a very professional, helpul and pleasant experience. Both staff (Pam and her colleague) could not have been more helpful. Whilst Pam helped talk me through all my options to hel me decide on my new single bed frame, pillow and matteress her colleague looked after my husband who has full dementia. Pam was very knowledgebale and listened to my need rather than just trying to sell me the most expensive ones. I wish shopping was always this pleasant.

Went in with my elderly mother today for a long overdue new mattress for her. The assistant Pam was absolutley fabulous. My mum was very happy with her mattress as Pam was so very helpful and knew her stuff! Overall an excellent service. We felt valued and listened too and Pam was very friendly. I think Pam deserves a payrise! Thank you again.

My new mattress is very comfortable.
The delivery service was excellent. Kept in touch, as promised. The driver rang me at 7.30 am on the day to say the expected delivery time, and then again one hour before delivery. Excellent !

Very warmly greeted on arrival instore by Tracey who left us for around 5 mins before offering her assistance. Tracey was very polite and very attentive to our needs. She offered us a choice of drinks and recommended the the sleep-match machine to aid our selection. Her expert knowledge and experience guided us to the right mattress for our specific needs. We were offered multiple choices, along with a choice of pillows to sample. There was no time pressure trying out each offering and Tracey demonstrated great patience and understanding as we narrowed down our choices. Tracey checked in with us on each selection, explaining in detail the choices we made. Very professional and genuinely friendly and supportive. Outstanding customer service. Highly recommend them.

Prompt delivery at time stated. Bed and furniture carried to required room and relevant advice given.

A smooth and no-pressure purchase. The salesperson Tracey was very kind and helpful, keen to help and gave good advice. The mattress assessment was a nice added bonus. Delivery was organised with ease, regular updates and a 2 hour slot plus a phone call ahead of arriving. The delivery guys were both really polite and friendly. Wore plastic shoe covers as standard. Removed all the packaging and assembled the bed within 20 minutes! Really impressed with the service from start to finish. And made decision making for a very expensive purchase very easy. Highly recommend.

From the visit to the shop in Newport Road, Cardiff to the purchasing of the sofa bed, and then to delivery, everything was handled expertly. Jules, the assistant was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. We were kept informed about our delivery which happened on the date we requested. We were informed by our delivery person, Richard, of an earlier deliver time and kept up to date on that too. We are very happy with our purchase too.

Mattress is perfect ' no adjustment period- great sleep from first night

I suffer with anxiety and depression and the staff at this store were so helpful and understanding of my situation, especially Julie. She allowed me to try the sleep match bed, and guided me through a number of options of mattress and frame, before I settled on my new temper mattress. Thank you once again for making the experience a lot less stressful.
