Excellent Customer Service
First time using this company but will definitely be using them again. There was a mix up with the courier which resulted in my parcel being sent back them, they was really quick to look into this for me and once they received the parcel back they sent it straight back out to me and kept me informed at every step of the process, Edward and Oliver in Customer Services were very helpful and their excellent customer care is very much appreciated. I would recommend this company to friends & family as good customer service can be hard to find these days.

Fantastic impressive product, outer packaging superb, delivery service outstanding.
Sadly, packing into the strong delivery tubes not so good.
One tube included two damaged cartons, a 1115 and a 515. It looks as if the cartons have been bent (one actually split) and both products have bent and are crinkled at the bend point.
They both still function but I’m concerned they may not fit properly because of the distortion.
I have pictures if you wish to see them.
Please advise.

The problem with auto responses is that somebody should be monitoring them and doing what's promised.
11th July: I have received no reply or contact.
I have two maybe unusable damaged products, and having read other reviews a strong feeling that nobody cares.

Seem like a bit of a cowboy company
Seem like a bit of a cowboy company. Placed an order for some stock on the 22nd and the website stated the products were in stock and would be delivered within 1-2 days. Rang up 2 days later as I had no confirmation of shipping and I was told they don't stock the products and they need to order them in from a supplier meaning I wouldn't receive them for another few weeks. So many questions to consider here:
1) Why did the website state the items were in stock?
2) Why did the website state I'd receive them in 1-2 days?
3) Why wasn't I notified of this when the order was placed? I had to call up myself and find out about this. So glad I did otherwise i'd have no products when my builders started!
In the end I just ordered from Amazon/Screwfix.
Easy to use and fast delivery
Nothing bad to say about this company. Order was correct, sent in 1-2 working days as stated on their website... great all around.
Delivery Time Scales
I’ve used these guys twice now. Back in May 2020 and my order took aver a month to arrive and then again June 2021 and again it looking like it will be 2-3 weeks before the order will arrive even though the site says delivery in 3 days!!!
Incorrect description, stock issues and hard to reach Customer Service
I placed an order for some downlights and converter plates that were advertised as being compatible. When they arrived, I discovered that they were not compatible, and the support team confirmed that the description on the website was incorrect. Edward on Customer Support was very helpful in finding out what I needed and in organising replacements, returns and refund, etc. That did however take many days to sort out, as each email took around 1 day to reply to.
The story continues from there however, because once Edward had identified what replacement items I needed, I ordered them (they were apparently in stock), and then I waited. 5 days later I still hadn’t had dispatch notification, so I emailed support. No response within 24 hours. On the 6th day of waiting, I phoned them to be told the items are not in stock, and that they’ll call me back same day with an update. I waited for a call back but heard nothing. I called back again but was told all the lines in the department were busy. I emailed again and got no response. On the 7th day (a Friday) I phoned and got through to Edward again, who advised me my items wouldn’t be back in stock for another 2 months, so he organised alternative items which I received on the Monday.
I returned the original converter plates on 20th March and received my refund on the 2nd April. All the other items I received were as described and well packaged, however it’s hard to recommend a place that had made a series of errors and a Customer Support service that is slow to respond and hard to reach.

Incorrect description, misleading
Decided to pay more than other suppliers for CUL27858 lights due to them being advertised as having 3m long connecting cables. When they arrived this was incorrect, just standard 1m cables. Very disappointed, tried to contact customer services but no reply. Had to purchase extensions to fit lights.
Matt got in touch after review was posted, apologised for the mistake, and refunded part of price paid, thank you for response.

Poor service
Poor service. Invoice advised shipping would be 1-2 days later, called 5 days later and the product wasn't even in stock. Never bothered to contact me or reply to a phone message or email. Could have shipped a part order, but didn't do this either. Won't be using them again.

Wrong order was sent but . . .
I ordered 4 lights and they were super quick to dispatch. Unfortunately, there was a packing error and i received the wrong ones, but customer service was great - they sent out the correct ones with next day delivery and then organised for DPD to collect the first lot. Top marks from me
Good service
I placed an order for an Olvia undercupboard LED striplight which was delivered promptly and very well packed. I only have one slight beef with the product itself which could have done with an extra support clip. Not Downlights fault though.

Placed an order with Next day special delivery but They are fraud, after 3 days when i called them up they telling me they need to check if they have stock and order is still not processed.

Good experience
I ordered some Fire Rated Insulation Coverable Downlights. Items arrived next day within the estimated time slot and were well packaged. Good communications.
First class in all respects!
It is rare these day to find a company with such a great range of products backed up by informative articles on their website. Rarer still to find a company with excellent customer service where you can actually speak to someone who is knowledgable and willing to help. I have bought products from this company on a number of occasions and can honestly say I have been delighted every time.

Never again
Ordered on 8th June, according to website items in stock and delivery 1-2 days. 25th June and nothing yet! I keep chasing and being told 'next few days', this has occurred three times. At a loss as to what to do short of a credit card chargeback.
Great prices and service, highly recommended.
Ordered four downlights at 16:00 on Wednesday and they were with me on the Friday. Great quality items at fantastic prices.
Any future downlight requirements, this will be the first place I'll look.
I couldn’t be more satisfied
Unfortunately a little mistake was make with my order bower 1 call and it was sorted and replacement was with me the next day no fuss no doubt no expectations just Excellent Service and I couldn’t be more happy.

Fantastic all round!
2nd time I have ordered from this company.
First order (a few months back) I made a mistake, phoned them and got through to someone straight away who sorted everything out for me very quickly. The order arrived next day and I was updated throughout the whole process.
Made my 2nd order today and within a few hours I received an email and a text message to say the parcel is on it's way and will be delivered to me next day (New Years Eve!). So impressed!!
