Light supplied in good condition. Design is modern with easy bulb change. Dusk Dawn operation is ok. Need 2 people to install correctly as the light requires terminal block connection. One to hold light the second to connect properly. Fixing screws are a little difficult to start as the bushes do not have a lead in for the thread of the machine screws.

Experiencing trouble locally to obtain advice and availability of Bell Halo LED light bulbs for kitchen ceiling.
Contacted the LED Specialist company and spoke to Tom Norgate ,Sales Advisor. Best move I made as the advice and support given was excellent. A great Customer Service person who knows what he is talking about and takes a genuine interest in his customers

My light fitting was not compatible, LED Specialist immediately remedied this with a replacement at no additional cost. That really is service to be applauded.

Ordered an LED. When I immeadiately rang to increase my order, they confirmed stock shown was incorrect as they didn't have any. Canceled order. Waste of my time. Refunded straight away.

Tom was a Legend. We was working from old stuff already fitted to the kitchen. From a few pictures to a few emails we worked out what we needed and order placed over the weekend after I doubled checked what I needed. Even woke up to a call from the supplier Rep this morning.
