Support was available very quickly
Support was available very quickly. They asked a couple basic questions and in minutes had my logo redesigned for the format needed. My shipping options were readily available and met my deadline without rush shipping. The ordering process was so easy and efficient even with the design team involved.

Fast and easy, not a scam :)
With the prices this might seem like a scam company but its not. I've dealt with a lot of different promo producers for various events and its always scary whether or not you'll get your items on time and they'll be what the picture shows. I have done a few orders with DiscountMugs. Cups turned out nice and now ordering tote bags. I haven't received my bag order yet but "Patrick" has been very fast and helpful with suggestions within my price range.

Please think twice before ordering from this company. I received my order and it was illegible. I was promised a new shipment would be sent out overnight in time for my event. Promises were not kept and my order did not arrive. My guests were left with no favors for a very important family event. I was then promised a refund within 2-3 business days. It currently has been 7 days and I am still waiting. I keep hearing "we're sorry" - I thought for a company like this would have better customer service. It has been a horrendous experience and I will never order from here again and advise everyone I know not to as well.

Hands down best experience ever
Hands down best experience ever! I learned that my deadline to get these to the event planner had been moved up and I panicked. While negotiating a deal, I was trying to order these bags, with little to no preparation. Wow! Patrick was amazing. He listened to what I wanted, shifted when I needed, making suggestions all along the way and never once making me feel like a bother with all my changes. The end result... exactly what I was aiming for. Better! And... I'm getting them on time! THANKS PATRICK!
