DECEPTIVE PRACTICES!
This company charged for expedited shipping and showed that an order would be delivered by June 7th. It blatantly misled during the order process. When I called after order wasn't received as stated when ordered, the company stated it would not ship for an additional week. I would avoid this company at all costs. In my opinion, they do this all the time and make excuses why order wasn't shipped. Most probably accept this and the company just refunds their shipping, still making money. Companies like this should be avoided at all cost. Show them that this type of thing will not be tolerated.

Patrick was a big help. I run several businesses and don't have time for solicitation calls, so when I told him I preferred email, he contacted me by email after that and I placed an order. It was nice that he didn't seem offended and was respectful of my time. I will be contacting him again!

After initially providing an employee’s…
After initially providing an employee’s cell phone number for a single order, the customer service people continued to call her repeatedly, even after being asked to stop. While I was addressing the issue with customer service online, the employee received two additional calls from the same customer. It is extremely concerning that repeated, unwanted contact with our employees appears to be tolerated.

Very Disorganized Company
First of all, when I placed my order, I did not get any notification of who was delivering my order or a date of deliverance. The tracking bar on the website does not work at all, leading me call about my order and where it was. She told me it was already delivered and yet, I did not receive any notification that it was delivered. She then told me to go onto amazon shipping where it showed the updates and delivery photo. This would have been good to know in the beginning, that it was going through amazon shipping yet they fail to mention it. I looked on the amazon shipping page where I did see the updates but there was no delivery picture. Right now I'm still waiting for a supervisor to call me back because apparently, they didn't have one available. Not really liking Discounted Mugs right now. They need to get it together.

Following up on my previous review, now that I've received my order: it arrived a few days sooner than expected, and looks exactly how I was hoping it would look! The color of the mugs is just like the photos, and the printed graphic is incredibly legible. Super happy with this purchase, with the turnaround time, and with all the customer support.
