Patrick Tubig - Salesperson of the year!
Patrick worked very hard to meet my needs. I ordered these coffee mugs for our church. We put them in a little gift bag with information about our church, a few pieces of candy, etc... we give these gift bags to first time visitors in hopes that it will leave them with a positive and lasting impression of our church and help in spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. Patrick could tell how important this was to me, and also that I needed to keep the cost down to the bare minimum. Even when I was ready to give up, Patrick truly worked very hard to successfully bring this order to fruition. Salespeople like Patrick will make this company successful.

Robert has been very responsive to my needs. I needed a replacement of an item and he helped me research the items that I need and was able to place the replacement order quickly. The new product has not arrived yet but I have high hopes for them to be perfect and just what I need. Robert was responsive, courteous, patient, and never seemed irritated. Do not use this company
Do not use this company! The quality of the printing on the mugs was awful. They printed stickers and then placed them on the mugs. Most stickers were crooked and were already coming off when they arrived. Three mugs arrived broken. When I called, they offered to send three replacement mugs, but they never arrived. Lastly, I work for a school and needed a refund on the tax charged. I submitted the tax-exempt certificate on May 15th. It is now June 15th, and despite calling daily, they cannot seem to resolve this issue. They are giving me the runaround, saying that the tax form is outdated (it isn't). It took 5 calls in a row for them to give me this information.
