horrible customer service
The chic that was supposed to be helping navigate processing and receiving my order, was of no use. She was so concerned about taking credit for the sale, she left my apartment number off of the order. I needed this order for my annual family dinner.
It arrived the day before...however was left at the wrong address due to her neglect.
I had been emailing her all week for updates and she stopped responding. Once I saw the delivery was dropped at the wrong door I call.
The chic that answered my call could have cared less about my issue. She told me to drive around my complex and look for the package.
I then ask for for a manger who was just as nonchalant. He did offer to ship me a new order over night directly to the venue HOWEVER I wouldn't get the colors of my original order.
I accepted thinking that was my only option when I SHOULD have just demanded my money back.
Nevertheless, I did walk around, then drove to find the box and finally located it.
I called back and cancelled the over night order.
I will NEVER order from this company again, their staff is careless and to unprofessional for my hard earned money!

Logo on glasses and mugs is a STICKER!
Will NOT order from again, embarrassing!!! We ordered hundreds of coffee mugs and whiskey glasses with our logo on them. We are only satisfied with the white coffee mugs we ordered (they were a different imprint method and will last!). ALL OTHERS are nothing more than Stickers/Decals!! Awful! We ordered 72 classic white mugs, 72 red classic mugs, and 144 clear and 144 red tinted bottom whiskey glasses. Simply handwashing of a few glasses and mugs, and the stickers are peeling or flaking off!! I thought they would have at least been screen printed on the glasses, but they're NOT!! Embarrassing to ME and to my agency!! These items were all meant to be given away as promotional/community relations items! How can we give THESE away?!?? Bad reflection of us, poor product, the ONLY items we're satisfied with are the white classic coffee mugs, EVERYTHING ELSE is a huge failure!! I would not recommend this company for any other glassware products, you too will be greatly disappointed!!

Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me! Shipping disaster two years in a row!
So we are a youth sports program. We ordered from them last year. The item was fine, but the delivery was not. It didn't arrive on time. We had to manually distribute the items since they didn't arrive on time for the end-of-year party. Fast forward to this year. Despite what happened last year and all the assurances that everything would arrive on time (we had paid extra for expedited shipping), only one item made it. The other is in limbo, and we have no idea when it will arrive. Which is unfortunate, as it's the bag for all the items we were going to hand out this year. They chose to ship it via UPS ground instead of the expedited shipping that I paid for. If you are going to guarantee a delivery day that we plan on, you shouldn't take the cheap route and ship it via ground, with NO guarantee. Contacted customer service, their solution? Offer the credit on the shipping. Two days later, the item has still not arrived, and there is no delivery date with UPS. Now, I'm scrambling to figure out the distribution of the items the kids were supposed to receive. Stay away. There will not be a third time! If you enjoy headaches and stress, then this is the company you want to deal with.
EDIT - Surprisingly, despite them CLAIMING to reach out, no one has. Ruined our event and now I have a bunch of bags I have to deliver to 200 families...
