Ordered 36 custom mugs
Ordered 36 custom mugs. 8 arrived printed very bad. Called and waited on hold for 30 minutes with no answer by a human. Wrote through the chat on their site and no reply. It was a Saturday, if no one is available they can say that, Ill gladly wait, but to just leave customers waiting with no response is not acceptable.

Incredible customer service!
Patrick, my dedicated consultant, is a delight. He is quick to respond, as in seconds! I am a repeat customer. I like having a consultant I can use time and time again for our needs. The turnaround time at Discount Mugs is incredible. I purchased logo branded duffle bags yesterday, and they have been printed and shipped today. Service is phenomenal.

Lanie came online with me and saved this review from being terrible. The design tool would not let me scroll down to design the bottom of a planner for our Veterans Dinner. It was crooked and too small. I tried to change the design but it wouldn't even let me access the text at the bottom at all. I was getting very angry and then Lanie came online and saved the day. She fixed everything, sent me the cart to checkout, and even took my tax exempt form to send for approval. Thanks again. I look forward to seeing the final product.

The human factor made the difference
The product was as advertised, good quality at a reasonable price. However what made the experience excellent was working with Lanze, the representative. I know it is eCommerce, and all should be able to be done over a website, but there were subtle nuances that only a human interaction could solve. I really appreciated Lanze's professionalism and commitment to customer service. He even pushed for me to get certain discounts which I felt were justified. He was definitely working with me on this big important order. Thank you.

I ran into some problems in placing my order that almost made me give up and move on, but then Jemmely V. got involved and came to my rescue.
