Discount Flooring Depot Recensioni

Very easy to order, quick delivery, good delivery updates

“The purchasing process was very easy and smooth. The laminate flooring looks beautiful, and the delivery went well. I’m very happy with my experience.”

Great service - sample was delivered quickly and seems great quality. Didn’t quite colour match what we already have down so won’t be ordering this one . Would definitely consider using this company again in future . Thank you

We have now used DFD twice, we purchased laminate flooring and we're given a price that couldn't be beaten. We are now purchasing some LVT for our bathroom. The displays showed the product at its best the chap we spoke with was knowledgeable and most helpful, prices competitive with delivery or collection from branch an option.

Returned flooring and they only returned 1/3 of my money still owe me £130!!! No reply customer complaint email, no phone number can call. Terrible customer service will not be using ever again!!

Very pleasant experience easy to order reasonable delivery price and come Very quick well packed. And on top of this had a bonus of a free underlay...
I only order for my 2 bedrooms i will most definitely be coming back for my hallway ans living room flooring

Great service.
Sample quickly delivered- full order placed -kept up to date with delivery times and dates.

Very easy website to navigate and helpful tools to assist how many boxes required (for the flooring). Payment methods easy to use and delivery options available too. Would happily recommend company.

No issue with any of my flooring, just a bit of a pain with the delivery as there was no option to get it delivered on certain days

excellent experience from the start - their website is very well laid out, simple to navigate and buy products -
product information is extensive and the "How much do I need" calculator is great - I asked for samples of 4 tiles which arrived in 24 hours and when making my order Dan from the Lincoln site was very helpful
would definitely recommend to anyone will use for all of my florring needs from now on

Although navigating my way through the website and ordering was easy, delivery service was terrible. There was a lot of miscommunication and changes in delivery time which could have been avoided if communication was involved. Even worse, i took leave off work and the delivery was delayed. Such a waste of leave!

Flooring options were good and a good price, order process was easy and delivery was on time

Fast delivery and stunning flooring, will definatently be ordering soon

One panel of laminate was faulty, the company promised to replace it if I was short. Unlike many other floors I've laid, the interlocking edges on this were very fragile.

The sample arrived the next day and was packed well so I was able to compare it with others. Well done and thank you.

Ordering samples was very easy and completely free, elsewhere I've had to buy. There is a lot of choice and the samples came quickly

Wonderful customer service and experience. Got my samples, hot a courtesy email and phone call. Got my my quotes. What more do you need

It was simple to order and very easy
