This is the worst company - I would avoid at all costs. The customer service is appalling, measurements made by the company staff are wrong and head office are terrible.

No communication when orders are unfulfilled and no effort to resolve issue. I wouldn't even give 1 star.

I do not leave reviews but felt compelled to warn people to not trust this company. Disappointing experience and still no response from Head Office in relation to the numerous issues raised.

The service was excellent from popping into store to receiving regular phone calls with the procedure for remedial work to be carried out.
The fitter then turned up on time and was very friendly and carried out the task to a very high standard.

I ordered a floor... received confirmation that I would receive it between 19-26 March.... by the 23rd... I thought I'd see if it was still on track.... as I had arranged for someone to fit it the following weekend....
Apparently it had been cancelled the week before. No notification, no email and as it turns out can't get the floor for another 4 weeks later!! Apparently the original deal has expired and now they are asking for double the cost....!
Dishonest or incompetent.... eitherway, such knowledge has cost me money.....
and so hopefully, I can impart such knowledge, and save you the cost.
Why is it so hard to find competence and integrity these days 🤷🏼‍♂️

Brad was due at 1100. He didn’t turn up and didn’t contact me. On phoning the store I was told he was delayed. I replied if he couldn’t be bothered to contact me about the delay I couldn’t be bothered to use your company and cancelled the appointment.

What stood out most was the seamless communication and the genuine attention to detail. It’s clear that this company values its customers and puts effort into making sure everything goes just right. For anyone who appreciates punctuality and a friendly, efficient service, Flooring Superstore is certainly worth considering.

AVOID wish I'd read the reviews before ordering, we ordered expensive vinyl from this Wolverhampton store, was booked in for fitting on a thursday fitter came friday , once fitted we started to notice the vinyl lifting and also couldn't believe how thick the sealant around the edges were ,so on closer inspection its because the cuts are too short in some areas so now I have to put beading around it . we did complain and got a call from c/s and basically was told we use a outside contractors its the fitter you complain to not them, what a joke of a company never again will I use this company...

The team at the Kidderminster store were exceptional. Josh, Sharne and John were helpful from start to finish.

Great service! This is my second time buying from the store. The flooring is beautiful, hard-wearing and easy to maintain. The delivery came within the timescale they gave me when I first ordered. When I got in touch to confirm the dates, as I opted for the eco delivery, I received prompt and polite responses. Even the delivery driver was very considerate. I would definitely recommend.

Pleasent staff at the shop were I ordered the carpet.I was kept up to date about arrival date. Carpet fitter was polite and efficeint. I was very pleased with the finished fitting, it goes well with my decor.The carpet feels good underfoot. A nice job well done.

We spoke to staff in store they were very experienced and knowledgeable. They advised us there would be a 6 week lead in time, this was absolutely correct, it was delivered as expected and we are very happy with the service so far

Awful. I ordered flooring in June 2025 and paid for fitting. Fitting was really poor so I complained and the same fitters came out to rectify - still, a few issues and not fully resolved so continued to complain to customer services. A lot of back and forth trying to get the fitter back out but I had had enough and didn't want the same fitters back. The store found a new fitter who has been really really good and done an excellent job sorting the poor fit and snags left by previous fitters. My flooring is now complete as of March 2026. Yes, it took that long. Delayed me getting the rest of decoration done and caused a lot of stress. I pushed for some sort of compensation but it was so small and would have cost me more to sort the flooring in the end! Felt I was trapped to stay with the company to sort but I was reluctant to pay any more money for something that I did not cause. Would not recommend at all. Stay clear and shop elsewhere.
