Ordered some samples which arrived promptly and are very good, well packed and clearly marked.
Once the boss has made her choice we will definitely be ordering the flooring.

Samples were sent out efficiently and follow up wasn’t pushy.

Price was just a little bit more than other alternatives.

This is the second time of ordering from you and it was easy, quick and a very good price and quality. The delivery company you used were also good which added to the good service. Will gladly recommend and come back again

Helpful customer service and good price given for my flooring.

My free samples came quickly and one of them is gorgeous, just right!
The company have been in touch since but I am waiting till I find someone local to remove kitchen white goods and to lay the tiles.

Great customer service, great prices. Quality flooring. I had aqualock farmhouse Oak. It looks so beautiful and comes with the guarantee. I highly recommend Discount flooring. Very happy ☺️

Happy with the flooring and delivery times! great quality product and service

Fast delivery, look just like the website

From ordering my flooring, to the communications received, delivery updates and even the delivery was seamlessly smooth. I seen a beautiful product at an affordable price. I know when this gets laid, my new flat is going to look amazing. High quality flooring, with stunning aesthetics. Even the delivery driver was so friendly, nothing was a problem.

I was about to order when the postage came to £125, for a £750 order! All because I live on the Isle of Wight. It's blatant discrimination!
Amazon Prime deliver to me next day without an extra charge.
£125, like, wow! I will NEVER recommend these thieves to anybody!

Really great experience
The team came across friendly and warm. Unfortunately my samples were lost in the post, but they went above & beyond to make sure the second batch arrived promptly. They kept in touch, which was very reassuring.

Excellent customer service

Product loaded on pallet efficiently. Delivery was good
