Great products as described, quick delivery and excellent customer service over the phone.

Ordered some samples which arrived swiftly. Went on to place an order which arrived as promised. The package was extremely well packed with lots of protection to the edges where damage could occur.

Received samples which are great had follow up call
That’s helpful about to place a order

Great communication. Speedy delivery and looks amazing in the kitchen. Will definitely order for the rest of the house we are renovating

I ordered a sample for my new home and delivery was fast and efficient. I found the whole process was easy anf straight forward plus the after sales customer services were very helpful in assisting with my needs. The product was very good quality and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be using this company in the future.

Free samples had me gobsmacked brilliant. Sent information when samples were in the post and came the the time they said they would. Excellent service can not fault them. Samples were a good size as well. Definitely worth the 5star review.

Great value easy to contact pleased with purchase

All the samples I have received from dfd have been great some of them I felt could have been slightly bigger due to the pattern in the sample but not really an issue it’s enough to see what you’re getting the only thing for me is choosing which one! Haha

Ordered six samples which arrived very quickly, made our choice & ordered the flooring which is due to arrive tomorrow, order arrived safely but they had sent different flooring which they don't appear to be in a hurry to sort the problem out. I have sent them photos of the flooring we ordered & what was sent which clearly do not match but at present no reply not a good way to treat customers. I would not recommend this company.

Great response & prompt arrangement of samples

Had a broken pack and it was sorted out efficiently and quickly.

I purchased flooring, arrived in a matter of 3days. Well packaged and undamaged. Flooring is exactly what I wanted. The flooring is waterproof for 24hours it is textured. Good price! Also recommended this website as the delivery and quality is excellent.

2nd time ordering for you, very helpful and efficient, would and have recommended you to family and friend, both flooring for my kitchen and living room are of amazing quality and not a bad price, thank you for your amazing service and delivery
