Pleasant buying experience
The store was well laid out with a large selection of furniture to look at. The staff were attentive but not over enthusiastic and left us alone to wonder through the store at our leisure. Having chosen an item the payment process was straightforward. The cost of local delivery was very competitive.

Went to DFS just to look around but ended up buying a 2 seater recliner. Staffs were attentive and helpful, especially Alice from Taunton who assisted us.
