There was a lot of choice in style and then once we had selected a style, there was a good options of fabrics and colours. Lawrence was helpful and because we were not doing the interest free credit, ordering was quick and simple. Look forward to receiving my sofas.

Took my money but then cancelled my order. I’m still waiting for my refund. Quick enough to take money very slow in putting it back. Would not recommend this site.

I've forgotten the staff members name, but he was very helpful when called upon. Didn't float or bother us while we browsed and gave lots of information when we were ready to go ahead with a purchase. Went for a very specific style of sofa and was very pleased with the options.

We firstly went into DFS on 25th
We firstly went into DFS on 25th. Lawrence greeted us and allowed us to browse at leisure. He pointed out which sofas were available in the required colour and gave us prices and delivery details.
We returned on 26th and again we were greeted by Lawrence and ordered two sofas. Throughout our transaction Lawrence was extremely helpful, polite and patient.

Dave who was excellent in the way he dealt with my husband and myself. He went through everything step by step. There was no pushing us for a quick sale. We asked him questions and, there were a lot, but he took time with us to make sure we were happy with his responses. We were offered help on entering the store in Taunton by Alan, but we’re just Browsing. However, when we asked for some assistance later on, Alan was politely, helpful and very knowledgeable regarding our questions, even offering up suggestions for a Battery power pack so you don’t have electric cables running across the floor. Great helpful service with no ‘Sales pressure’ 👍🏻😃
