Gorgeous choice of sofas, with a wide range of prices for all budgets.
Absolutely love fellow dog lover Hannah (Ralphs dog mam) in the Swansea branch, so helpful and approachable. Nothing too much trouble, and knowledgeable about the products. Definitely a credit to DFS!

Absolutely shocking experience with DFS. We spent £2,900 on a sofa that turned out to be faulty, and after 5 months we are still waiting for this to be resolved. We requested a refund due to the ongoing issues and poor quality, but instead we’ve been constantly fobbed off with excuses and empty promises.

We were even promised a call back from a manager, which never happened. Customer service has been incredibly disappointing from start to finish. For a company charging premium prices, the quality and aftercare have been unacceptable.

I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing from DFS. Spending this amount of money should come with decent customer service and reliable products — unfortunately, that has not been our experience at all.

All staff were lovely - also no one pressuring us as we walked around which allowed us time. In the end we dealt with Meryl who was really helpful, especially helping us towards viable options when our original choices from the website were too large to get into our living room.

Went there on the off chance of finding a new sofa the staff, especially Hannah was excellent and talked us through everything that we asked perfectly

The staff member was very supportive. He guided us with colours and had a wealth of knowledge about the sofa styles, different leather ,material sofas. He did not rush us , let us look around freely without any pressure and was available to help us, when we asked for help. The BEST service I have received from a staff member and will pass this on. I visited the Swansea store and did not feel pressured in anyway

Went to the swansea store to look for a new sofa, and got great help from the staff, Meryl was really helpful and filled us in on everything and made sure we knew everything important and helped us pick the perfect sofa for us.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Helped us have the sofa we wanted from being able to change the way it was set-up . Really cant wait to get it was so comfortable 😌
