My DFS experience
The sales advisor was very friendly and explained every step and detailed all the process in terminology that I understood.
The payment plan was set up to my requirements and the whole process made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking fur a new sofa.

The gentleman who helped us at the Swansea Branch was amazing explained everything and wasn’t pushy with any extras which I appreciate. The store was very beautifully presented and lots of different variety of seating on display. Customers service from staff top notch and very friendly.

Gorgeous choice of sofas, with a wide range of prices for all budgets.
Absolutely love fellow dog lover Hannah (Ralphs dog mam) in the Swansea branch, so helpful and approachable. Nothing too much trouble, and knowledgeable about the products. Definitely a credit to DFS!
