I was very disapointed with the lack of service provided.I was sold a sofa and chair with insurance and a glider at extra cost at the Llansamlet store. I was advised that when the sofa was delivered they would run through the operation of the recliners etc which may take about an hour. The sofa and chair were delivered with the chap saying his next delivery was in 10 minutes. In less that 30 minutes the delivery chap had left. I noticed a gap between the sofa, turns out the delivery chap had not attached it properly. A chap from DFS called a few days later, explained how it is put together and attached the chair, before he left I moved the sofa and the other side hadn't been attached properly either, he then fixed that. A few days ago I got an email from a Delivery firm stating they had tried to deliver something but I was out-at work. It turns out this is the glider for my sofa. I am guessing I will have to attach the glider when they deliver this Friday ?

We had a very positive experience at DFS Swansea today. We were left to have a good look around before Nathan came to see if we needed any help. He was extremely helpful and not pushy in any way. We really appreciated this. Everything about the process was straight forward and we can't wait to receive our corner sofa. Visited DFS today, 26th April at the morriston store. Had a good look around the store which was light and airy with a great selection of sofas. The staff were polite and extremely helpful. We settled on a sofa and Nathan helped us with our purchase. He was very knowledgeable and explained every thing clearly. We have used DFS before with another purchase, hence our return. It's good to feel not pressured into a purchase but the staff were always on hand to answer any of our questions.

I had an excellent experience with customer service, such helpful staff. I was dealt with Hannah and she was amazing! Very helpful and very patient as I wasn’t sure on a colour to choose from. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them based on this experience alone.

Nathan helped us with our purchase and gave us very detailed and concise information. He gave us time and space but was there to answer questions when needed.

Left to our own devices when we initially arrived, much preferred as we hate pushy salespeople who follow you around. However, staff incredibly helpful when we asked for assistance and very polite. Thank you, Meryl, Dan and Nathan.
