Great service
We went to the Stirling branch for a look at a sofa we liked, wanted to confirm our first choice. As we discussed the sofa your salesperson Lindsay was very helpful. And offers us a cancelled order for a reduced cost.bey happy with hir service, would make me use dfs again in future.

Heather was absolutely fabulous. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We had a wonderful conversation about what I wanted and she patiently helped me to get it. Excellent service from start to finish. Financing was simple and stress free. Everything was explained perfectly.

Was in the Stirling store today and was greeted with Laura, who was an excellent help, she put no pressure on myself and my partner when browsing around the store, as we were unsure on what we wanted. When we found the sofa we liked she gave us all of the information we needed and answered all questions we had regarding the sofa. Would highly recommend this store. Amazing customer service and Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere!
