We recently purchased a new sofa from DFS Preston and had a great experience from start to finish. Jamie was fantastic throughout the whole process. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped guide us towards the right sofa without being pushy.
What we appreciated most was that Jamie gave us plenty of space to browse and discuss our options. He was available whenever we had questions but never pestered us, which made the experience much more relaxed and enjoyable.
Excellent customer service and a stress-free buying experience. Thanks again, Jamie, for all your help!

Excellent customer care, nothing was too much trouble, extremely helpful and easy to deal with.
The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish.

Firstly no hard sell
Firstly no hard sell, was left to browse and look around . When I did ask for assistance the staff member was great. I was undecided regarding colours and the member of staff put it on the big screen for me,switching from one shot to another. Absolutely great friendly service. Would highly recommend.

New sofa
The shop was nice and clean and inviting .
The staff especially Denzil who dealt with us were all very friendly and helpful without being pushy.
Denzil explained all our options to us very clearly .

very helpful staff but… I do not want interest free credit. Why is there no cash price? please don’t try to bullsh1t me with the interest free credit crap, there is for sure a cost to you, why not pass at least some of that on?

The price will be the same regardless of the payment option, the interest free credit is of no cost to our customers and you should choose the option which best suits you. Unfortunately we do not offer discounts for customers who choose to pay upfront as the majority of the furniture is already heavily discontinued and we do look to treat all our customers fairly.

Pleasant experience from start to finish.
We made a couple of visits to DFS Preston. We were greeted by Denzil. What a lovely guy, not pushy but genuinely friendly and did everything he could to help us.
We were struggling with the measurements and he did all the hard work for us and even drew a picture.
We were offered drinks and he couldn't do enough for us.
His manager was as equally friendly. The customer service is spot on!! Thank you.
