Pleasant experience from start to finish.
We made a couple of visits to DFS Preston. We were greeted by Denzil. What a lovely guy, not pushy but genuinely friendly and did everything he could to help us.
We were struggling with the measurements and he did all the hard work for us and even drew a picture.
We were offered drinks and he couldn't do enough for us.
His manager was as equally friendly. The customer service is spot on!! Thank you.

Denzel was absolutely fabulous he gave me plenty of help advice he couldn’t do enough to help .He went away to let me think about my purchase he wasn’t pushy .He thoroughly checked all the measurements on the sofa to make sure the one I wanted would fit .Excellent customer service

We are returning customers
We are returning customers. I'd seen on line a good range of sofas but I prefer a more face to face feel for this type of purchase. The staff were welcoming and supportive. Giving us space to look and time to test various options. The staff are professional and knowledgeable. Especially Ibby, who made our purchase soo easy. A huge thanks to him.
Customer service was 100% on point. We spent a long time over two visits. Thank you for all your help Ibby.
