Staff were lovely
Staff were lovely. It took me a while to choose a sofa but I went back 2 weeks after my last visit to order, rather than online, as the staff were so helpful.

The staff member, Dennis, was polite and professional throughout our dealings remembering us from our first visit some days earlier. He was able to answer all questions and never came across as too pushy. An excellent shopping experience, would certainly recommend to others.

Incredible customer service. Everything was well explained and wasn’t rushed into a decision. Had a great time with Ish (Manchester store)! The sofas at DFS are great quality and affordable - better than a lot of other stores online!
