Excellent, professional service from Derrick. Really helpful and kind.

This is the second time we’ve bought a sofa from this DFS store in Manchester. We first went in for a nosey as we weren’t sure whether to go for a UShape sofa or an LShape sofa, Faruk introduced himself and said take a look around but if you need me give me a shout.

When we did Faruk was very knowledgable about the sofa’s with sizes off the top of his head for most of them and also wasn’t pushy at all.

We ended leaving but coming back for another nosy round the following weekend, Faruk remembered us and my children but was there to help again where needed. Showing us different layouts and sizes of sofas also offered us drinks each time.

Once we’d made our decision it was quick and easy mentioning the sofa care kit and also the insurance which we choose to get again gave us the information and let us decide which we liked.

All in all, a great service and would buy there again for the 3rd in the decent future.

Ps something to note for the big bosses at DFS, another furniture place at White City give us fresh cookies hint hint ha.

Went to DFS welcomed straight away. Then a sales person introduced himself as ishy he offered us drinks and he looked after us showing us round to the sofa beds and sofas. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond what we expected. He was easy to talk to, he wasn’t pushy, he was funny but tactful and it was a pleasure to be served by him. I bought a sofa bed and a sofa.

I visited DFS a couple of days ago to browse and returned yesterday with my daughter to buy a sofa from DFS. I went in feeling quite overwhelmed after a busy day, and later I became confused about some of the finance details. After reviewing the paperwork, I realised everything had actually been explained clearly and the misunderstanding was on my part. I want to thank Farooq (Salesman) for his excellent customer service. He was welcoming, friendly, and patient throughout the whole process. He made both me and my daughter feel comfortable, answered all our questions, and never made us feel pressured. Buying a sofa is a big decision, and Farooq made it a positive experience…Thank you

Pre delivery information. Courteous and friendly delivery team. Professional handling of the furniture and care for my elderly parents. Good and clear explanation of how to use the controls of the furniture and to maintain it with cushion plumping etc.
