For the sofa's we were interested in, the sales assistant provided a good understanding and knowledge of these products, Good customer care and our requirements were understood by the sales assistant.

The Scottish salesperson sorry I have forgotten his name greeted us introduced his name and told us to take as long as we wanted and wouldn’t bother us which he did which we liked after picking what we wanted to buy he was very helpful and went through all we needed to know which made it a very pleasant experience thank you 15 July 26
