We had a great experience in dfs on both visits, we saw Beth the first time when we made our initial enquiry into the Orka sofa she was very helpful and informative. Upon our second visit to purchase we were seen by John and he was very helpful, informative and great to chat to, he covered all the options and discussed all the care options available and raised soke good points too, very friendly and overall couldn't fault our experience with the team.

We were welcomed on entering the showroom but never felt 'pressured' by any of the staff.
We were allowed to browse at our leisure and even offered drinks.
Plenty of choice of sofa's and nothing was too much trouble when we did ask for advice

Made to feel welcome and not initially…
Made to feel welcome and not initially pressurised into buying a particular item but was offered any help or assistance if required. We were looking for a corner sofa, but was restricted on size. The sales lady was most helpful in showing us a couple of units after trawling through her laptop to find the right combination. We eventually purchased the unit and in addition, a King size mattress along with several other items. She is an asset to the company.
