Paige at DFS grantham was very polite and helpful to myself my husband she help us too choose the right suite she went above and beyond in measuring the sofa chair and pouffe for us and went through all the measurements to help us decide on the right suite we was ask if we would like a drink on arrival very pleasant young lady Thank you Paige

We have previously purchased furniture from DFS and had a good experience. Today was no different. Good range of furniture and we quickly identified the chairs that we wanted. There were 2 members of Staff on the shop floor and both asked if we needed any assistance. We declined and were left alone to browse. Once we had decided to make a purchase, we spoke with Demi. She informed us of everything we needed to know and was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Many thanks.

Having already seen a sofa online that I liked, I popped into the Grantham store to try it out. Demi was so incredibly helpful and friendly, explaining everything I could possibly need to know and running through the options available. This was the smoothest purchase I’ve ever made and Demi made the whole transaction super easy. I particularly loved that both she and another colleague double checked everything was correct before submitting my order. Thanks again Demi, and I can’t wait to take delivery of my beautiful new sofa!

Spoken to by Page as soon as we got in shop then left alone to browse and approached again by her after a reasonable amount of time had passed and had looked at every sofa she didn’t make us feel any pressure to buy a sofa which is why we brought from her

We were welcomed when we arrived and shown to the area we needed. Once we decided on the suite we wanted the lady explained everything we needed to know about buying, looking after it, the warranty,guarantee and various options we could have with the purchase. After we had completed the purchase forms it was checked by another member of staff before finally paying. We were never rushed. Excellent and caring service.

We had a good experience with Demi in Grantham. She was patient with us as we took a long time to decide on style and design, gave us all the information we needed to finally purchase our sofa.

The credit application was easy and the extra insurance was good value for momey. Chloe looked after us in grantham branch and mafe the whole process straightfotwards
