from a complaint to a 5 star review!
I needed to speak to the manager about a situation and she handled it with empathy and understanding, which I really appreciated. I then met with the assistant store manager who took my order. He was really friendly, chatty and informative - i felt really at ease and happy with my decision to not allow my initial issue to stop me from using the store and purchasing my dream sofa

Steller sofa
We looked around the store for a new reclining corner sofa but couldn’t find one we liked. We were just about to leave when Aisha asked us if we’d seen a sofa that someone had returned. She showed us how it worked and was very helpful. We decided to purchase the sofa. If she hadn’t had suggested it, we would have left without ordering one. Thank you Aisha.

Great showroom with excellent staff, quality furniture to choose from, the staff are not overbearing at all and allowed us to look around without feeling pressurised. Faz was very friendly and helpful which we appreciated.
