I had a wonderful experience shopping for furniture for my new dream-home. Aisha was extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment my wife and I walked into the store. Aisha took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all of our questions with patience and kindness, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Both my wife and I felt very well looked after, thanks to Aisha’s excellent service and customer-care.

Great welcome on entering the store.allowed to browse with out any pressure always ready to answer questions. When we found the products the sales lady told us to take our time to be sure it was what we was wanting. Upon deciding she was great at explaining the benefits that went with the suites.the lady was a total professional a real credit to the company nothing was too much trouble.i would recommend Scarlett to anyone looking for a suite. Tehseen was very helpful as we needed to ensure the sofa would fit into the property so he helped measure and showed us how the sofa comes apart and explained how it would be delivered and put together when in the property.

Scarlett was a great help, very knowledge and very helpful.

ben was excelelent from going in to coming out of the store with product k nolegeand and taken us through prices and after care and what delivery drivers do when they come with your new sofas all explaned fully and credit terms as well

I needed to speak to the manager about a situation and she handled it with empathy and understanding, which I really appreciated. I then met with the assistant store manager who took my order. He was really friendly, chatty and informative - i felt really at ease and happy with my decision to not allow my initial issue to stop me from using the store and purchasing my dream sofa
