Lovely staff and show room. Staff knowledgeable .

Greeted initially by staff then left to browse at my own pace, staff on hand to answer any questions served by Fazana lovely lady really pleasant.

Both sales advisors at Colne DFS were fabulous. Very knowledgeable, not pushy. Had confidence in them. Made it an enjoyable experience.

I visited DFS Colne 02/08/2026. I was pounced upon by over eager sales staff (Veronika) who I now know to be the General Manager. I was stalked all the way around the store by her. I initially went with a DFS wishlist on my phone, a budget in mind & no intention of making a there & then purchase. Veronika pursued me around the store & made me feel I had to make a purchase there & then. I was a single, young woman alone & I feel this was taken advantage of. None of the items on my wishlist were in store to view. Instead of talking me through the options I wanted to view Veronika showed me the highest priced sofa in store which would fit into my small house. As I felt by this point I could not leave without a purchase, I left having purchased a sofa twice my intended budget. I contacted DFS to cancel the order & they then had Veronika call me directly. I was spoken to in am appalling way & when I asked to speak to someone higher or have my issue escalated Veronika advised me there wad nobody higher authority than her I could deal with at DFS. I eventually terminated the call due to Veronikas attitude towards me. I would not recommend DFS Colne to anyone!

When entered the store we were met by Farzana who was very friendly without being pushy. We were left to look around at our leisure, when we wanted for help Farzana couldn’t have been more helpful. It was nice to be in a national store that gave such good customer service.
