We arrived at Dfs on Thursday and the…
We arrived at Dfs on Thursday and the older gentleman helped with discussing measurement’s and vast information on the sofa. I went home to make sure it would be suitable for my living room and returned on the Friday and the lady before purchasing also gave me knowledgeable information on how to clean the sofa if I was to stain it etc and was just as helpful!
I am so happy with the service of my visits and can’t wait for my sofa to arrive.
Thank you dfs! Absolutely great service. You have lovely staff members.

Very satisfied.
I was very pleased with my visit to the Chelteham store. The young lady who helped me was new to the job but you would not know. She was very friendly and proffesional and helped me with my choice of sofa. The store has a large selection to choose from and for all price ranges. I am looking forward to the delivery.

Great Service
Sam welcomed us into the store as we passed him and inquired if we needed any help. We showed him on our phone the name of the sofa we wanted to see and he guided us to where it was. Sam then checked in with us and then helped us proceed with the order. Really pleasant nature. Felt no pressure to any part of the sale. Really informative and allowed us to make the right decision for us.

Excellent customer service
Great experience. Layla was very helpful and polite. We were her very first sale but she didn’t come across as nervous or inexperienced. She asked her manager to check over our order and he came to chat with us and to see her complete the order. Also an extremely pleasant and polite person. Definitely will use DFS Cheltenham again. Excellent customer service.
