The Guy was very helpful gave us loads of information and advice. Talked about cleaning products and what we should and shouldn’t do. Very satisfied, good quality service - looking forward now to my new sofas !! Thank you!

It's nice to have a salesperson that knows what they are doing. Martin knew the showroom, knew the products and knew what we were after. He was brilliant.

Great experience. Ali looked after us. No pushy sales tactics, came over asked how we were, if we needed anything and answered any questions we had.
Left us to decide and then was happy to comeback and answer more questions. Really approachable member of staff, great service, great memory, could describe the sofa we previously bought from DFS. Only by coincidence as we were processing our order Ali discovered he made the sale to us 10yrs ago!

Our sales advisor Ali was superb. He was very knowledgeable, understood our needs and helped us find the perfect sofa sets for our new home. Trying out the sofa sets on the shop floor, it was very obvious in terms of the quality compared to other places.

Ali was excellent. Very knowledgeable. Told him what I was looking and took me to the perfect furniture. He went through the different fabrics and explained the difference. Whole experience of buying a new sofa was made easy.

Eleni was absolutely amazing from start to finish, helped us through the purchasing, engaged in friendly conversation about random things so it did not feel like a sales push.and wanted to make sure our furniture would fit first and wanted us to follow through with her so we could cancel until we were 100% sure. Highly recommend

As soon as I walked through the door the first sofa I saw I fell in love with.
Gary came along & asked if I needed any help.
I said I was just browsing to start with. He then offered me a drink,which I gladly accepted.

Garyleft me to have a browse,which was lovely. But was also nearby if I needed to ask him anything.
No harassment,no pestering me,unlike other stores.

Had a good look around at some lovely sofas but I was drawn back to the first one.
Gary was extremely helpful with everything,any question I asked was answered honestly.
He was full of useful imformation & not,excuse my language,the usual bullshit!

From start to finish all ran smoothly & I came away a very satisfied customer.

The sales consultant was very helpful and gave useful information on the type of sofa and chair we required a very professional experience

I had a really good experience with Ali at DFS Cambridge. He was so friendly and helpful, and made everything really easy without being pushy. I was really happy with the deal I got, and having the option of interest-free credit made it much more affordable for me.

I also decided to take out the 5-year spills and stains cover, as it gives me peace of mind knowing the sofa is protected. Overall, I’m really pleased with the service and would definitely recommend asking for Ali if you’re shopping at DFS Cambridge!

My wife and I were helped by Gary. He was extremely helpful and clearly knowledgable based on years of experience. His advice was very sound and his whole approach was to be around when needed without being intrusive or pushy. We really appreciated his help.

Martin was a very lovely salesman not pushing for a sale went through all the jist of everything like an expert and he made coffee, we came away with two leather three seater sofa's and a foot stool and we got it for a very good price and not as expensive as i thought it would be....very happy A++
