Great experience at the Bolton store this week. Managed to order a custom made couch that wasn’t even on the website / show room. Our sales rep Ricky was great & very knowledgeable.

We have been looking for a new sofa , for the last two weeks. Tonight was the night we finally bought one.
Steph the adviser , was fab.she left us alone, but was extremely helpful when we needed advise.
She was fab, down to earth. Not pushy or persuasive which sometimes comes with the selling of sofas. A credit to the comoany

We searched many retail stores with DFS being the best
We searched many retail stores and found the options at DFS to be the best. We bought the new pop-up sofa and plan on buying three/two seater soon as we look forward to moving soon into our new home. Claire Carty made our experience enjoyable and friendly. Claire is an asset to the Company who was full of knowledge and ides. We also learnt you do garden furniture which we will also check out online. Claire joined us around the store as we explored all the options, and we have settled on what we want and will reach out to Claire very soon to complete our purchases.
