Great staff who were able to personalise our sofa to fit the area available in our small flat.

Nice roomy showroom easy to look at displays staff were on hand if you needed them but not in your face

Staff member was approachable and friendly. Answered any questions I had and did not try to give me the big sale which actually worked in her favour as I left the store after purchasing a new sofa.

Sales assistant was very informative and helpful she has obviously been trained extremely well.
If I was to come back I would be looking for her to help.

We walked in and had a few minutes to look around before being approached by a member of staff to offer help, this is very relaxing and no pressure into have someone follow you around the showroom ready to pounce for a sale. We had a good few seats on various sofas before Amanda came over a good 20 minutes later to offer assistance, she was extremely helpful and pointed us in the right direction for our needs, we then narrowed down our sofas and eventually came to a final choice on a deal. Amanda was very professional towards us and made us feel very welcome and chatted away to us.

The staff member who we were dealing with was so so nice and made us feel so comfortable. When we went into the shop he asked us if we needed a hand with anything, we replied that we having a look. He was really good and granted my wish he gave us time to walk about the shop and for to take my time at picking a suite. We hate going into shops and the staff are in ur face, but not him as he gave us time to have a good look around. Such a lovely boy. I will definitely be shopping there again. Keep up the good work team
