Everyone in the office is very courteous and friendly. I enjoy coming here. I love my health care team and the office staff.

The entire staff, from registration thru recovery, were professional, extremely knowledgeable, attentive and focused on the patient’s well-being.

I presume we’re talking about the procedure to drain the liver cysts. I’m happy you’ve been so supportive of my attempt to regain my good health. I did not realize the root cause of my discomfort and the extent to which it adversely affected my quality of life. After the procedure I was a new man now looking forward to a productive life. I thank you for your support and cooperation.

Very caring,informative and thorough representative. I will continue using Devoted because they treat me like a human. This is the way health insurance should be.

I really appreciate the follow up by Devoted regarding my recent medication change.

The experience was very great.Being able to talk to someone instead of talking to a voicemail but the only thing about this is that we need to get transportation for people like myself

I have been with Devoted for only six months but I am pleased to say that although I faced some challenges due to travel outside of coverage, the customer service representatives have been amazing. They provided solutions to my situation, links to digital forms and even a physical form through email just in case. I have been completely surprised at how quickly and clearly they have helped me.

Everyone has been very nice but when I switched to Devoted I was told my Dr excepted my insurance and she doesn't. I have been able to find a new Dr through the insurance yet and I've called several. On top of that I wasn't told that I would have to pay my dentist and for eye wear out of pocket then I would be reimbursed this doesn't work for me I'm on a fixed income and wouldn't have the money to do this. I feel like I've been.scammed
And I was lied to I am out of my inhaler and have to go to the hospital for frequently and don't know if it's even going to be covered for long on top of that I'm al.ost out of my diaredic without that my feet ankles and.legs swell and does damage to my vains and hurts pretty bad needless to say I'm upset and going to work on changing my insurance this is just bs and un-American.

Devoted Health sold me a package and told me my Ortho was in network and it turns out he is not so they lied. Also they have listed providers in my rural town that do not exist. They are misrepresenting information everywhere.

This fairly new medicare company has turned out to be an excellent medicare plan choice. Their plans are really good and their customer service is outstanding! Very impressive so far this year.

I used to think I'd never find a shirt that balanced style and spirituality, but I was wrong. what we experienced is top-notch quality: the seams hold up, the colors pop, and the message is genuinely uplifting. Honestly speaking, it's become my weekend uniform, whether I'm visiting friedns or just something so meanigful.

Last year advertised 5K dental in Ohio. Had implants that their dental rep said was covered. Claim denied. Appeal denied.
This year reduced dental to 1K! Bait and switch company.
EOBs 1X per month is inconvenient if you have HSA and like to get reimbursed quickly.

Where kinda slow the first year processing.. Now in 2025 , they are really on the ball.. Would definitely recommend them..

This is my second year with Devoted Health. I have had Humana and BC/BS in the past. Devoted has the best US based customer service I have ever experienced in healthcare. All my claims are settled within weeks. I am able to get my questions answered by an English speaking person in the US every time I call. I miss some of the benefits they included last year to this year but still it is the best choice.

A reprsecalls you. You are made to believe you are getting a supplement plan. NO O ot takes over plan. Especially eye care. Unfortunately you don't find out until you need cataract surgery and you find out all that is covered is $250. STAY AWAY

It's okay unless you have no food or transportation, then they litterly let you starve!
