Sadly they are terrible at dealing with problematic shipments. I never received the product I ordered despite being charged. Ended up having to issue a chargeback through my credit card after weeks of back and forth with them.

That you are not upfront on how discounts are applied
The policy of applying the discount is not fair and seems to be solely based on how much money you can pocket. The discount should be taken off the regular price of an item before taxes are added.

Someone needs to light a fire under the shipping department s butt
It’s been 4 days since I placed order and it still hasn’t even shipped! And I ordered on a Monday not over a weekend! Could have ordered on Amazon for the Same price and gotten it 3days ago. I tried to cancel so I could do that and they said they couldn’t cancel it because it was already being”processed”. Lesson learned never ordering from this company again

Great experience and customer service with…
I have had great experiences with DERMSTORE, originally started using them because a dermatologist from Youtube, Dr. Sam Ellis recommended them. I am always hesitant using a new company at first but everything went very smoothly. I have reached out regarding specific product questions and once to track/confirm a delivery and have always received a quick response dealing with my inquiry. The one thing I will note is to compare prices of products you are looking to purchase elsewhere online to get an idea of the average product price because I have found a few product prices that did have a higher markup (usually brands from overseas) I think it is priced based on accessibility. However, I also found some prices to be very well priced and they do run great sales/discounts often. Overall they have a great selection and I have had no issues with the multiple orders I have made. They do have great customer service with staff that are professional and helpful. That is something I find lacking a lot now a days from other companies, and something I really value and appreciate from Dermstore.

Why don’t you let someone know when there item will be delivered.why am I being charged for a product that I have know idea when I will receive the item. If I don’t receive it in a few days I will have it removed from my credit card. Since I know nothing about this store if it is legit.

Wasn't much of a discount at all, shipping + taxes wiped it completely out plus more. Wish I would've bought elsewhere like Amazon and got free shipping but was too late bc I already paid. Nobody likes having to pay shipping cost
