Really great photos but super poor communication. My family live the pictures I bought froma gym comp and want to order some. I have emailed, instagrammed and facebook messaged over the past couple of months to ask for the event code but have received no reply or acknowledgement whatsoever.

I have checked Head Office channels but cannot identify messages under your name, so it may be that the contact went directly to a branch.
Please contact us with the event details and the channels used so I can investigate the breakdown in communication and ensure you receive the information you need.

Won a photo in a raffle
My daughter won a photo in the raffle after her gymnastics show and the service was brilliant! We were given two photos instead of just the one, it was printed quickly and given to us to take home within minutes. The photos were beautiful too.
