I purchased a usb with photos and it was empty when I used it, I tried it on several devices . I have emailed the company with the numbers of the photos but have not had a reply

I’m very sorry to hear that the USB appeared to be empty and that you did not receive a reply. That is not the level of service we expect.

We have not been able to locate your email at Head Office from the information available here, so please contact us with the event details, the email address used, and any order information. I would like to investigate this fully and arrange for the matter to be resolved.
