The delivery was very good but I was…
The delivery was very good but I was very disappointed by the use by date. This is a private house and we are on the Circuit so that others may use our machine. Having a short use by date makes it so expensive to keep it.

Not a good look
For the second time, we ordered replacement pads. The order and money were taken and then we were told there would be an 'unavoidable' delay.
This time we were eventually told that, in any case, the pads would be obsolete in two year's time but we could buy a brand new Defibrillator at a discounted price less the amount already paid for the pads.

The delays with the pads were unfortunately outside of our control, and we received very little communication from the manufacturer regarding stock availability and delivery times. We completely understand how frustrating this is, especially when payment has been made for the order.
The discounted defibrillator option was offered as a way to help where we can, not to upsell, but of course we appreciate it’s a much larger expense than replacement pads.

I got what I needed at a reasonable price & it works! My only issue was the time it took for delivery by the Royal Mail, but unfortunately this isn't unusual these days.
