I bought the protector set with mattress pillow and duvet within the first night I found massive relief would recommend to anyone with breathing issues!

I bought dust mite duvet protectors and pillow protectors.
- The pillow protectors are good. I bought some protectors from another company and the zips broke.
- The duvet protectors look like they do the job in keeping dust mites out of duvets. There are a few problems though:
1- The duvet protectors are very smooth, and so our duvets bunch inside them. So we end up with a lump of duvet.
2-They are also quite difficult to dry as the air does not go through them easily. So they dont dry well in tumble dryer, and when we dried them inside the house then we had puddles of water.
If you get the duvet protectors with the companies duvets (one was provided for us), the bunching is not a problem-so you might need to go all in with the companies system to avoid bunching, which i think does the job, or be prepared for some limitiations.

Bought due to allergic rhinitis. Fit my King size mattress well even with my mattress topper and protector in place - have only had for on for a few nights but have noticed an immediate difference to my allergies, I'm sleeping much deeper and actually waking up feeling refreshed!

I'm motivated to leave this review because I had such a wonderful experience with iDustmite. I have been struggling so badly with allergic rhinitis and sinusitis, which I finally discovered is due to dust mite allergy. iDustMite are on a genuine mission to help dust mite allergy sufferers, and Richard procures the best quality products to help people live better lives. Such a lovely experience ordering from such a mission-driven company. Excellent vacuum, beautiful sheets. Fabulous service. Would recommend.

I ordered the vacuum and two filters on special offer through a Facebook ad.
After a long wait I only received the two filters.
I emailed and queried the deliver but have had no response.
I paid through PayPal so have raised a query through them requesting a refund. Again, so far, I have had no response.
I am wondering if this company is a scam?
After reading this review the CEO contacted me and explained that I had actually only ordered two filters. He accepted that the ad wasn't clear and said that this would be changed. I received a full refund on my purchase.

Anti-allergy pillows.

This anti dust mite bedding is made of eucalyptus silk.. Amazing quality & it feels wonderful against the skin. My sons allergies have already lessened within a few nights.

If you or your child suffer from allergies look nowhere else but this small company which im sure will do very well..!!
It is a bit pricey but 100% worth the spend & you certainly get what you pay for.
My son & I keep up his routine - shower every night, clean pjs, wash bedding every 3-4 days ( I bought an extra bedding set) dehumidifier & anti dust mite vaccuum ..amazed at the results

These are genuinely the best dust mite pillow protectors and mattress encasements I've tried. I have severe allergies and asthma triggered by dust mites, and nothing else has worked as well. I searched for 'dust mite proof mattress protector UK' and found iDustMite, great prices (it's not cheap but great value) and really clear info on the mite-barrier tech. The full zip closure seals everything in, they're machine washable without losing effectiveness, and they don't make the bed feel hot. My partner noticed the difference too (less snoring from congestion). Worth every penny for anyone serious about allergy relief.

I ordered the anti dust mite bedding set and overnight it made a huge difference. The mites are now trapped inside the protectors and has significantly improved my symptoms, previously I was waking up with swollen eyes every day but this has now stopped.

Our order hasn't arrived yet, and even after reaching out to you two times, we haven't received any updates or an estimated arrival time. I'm confident the product will be excellent once it gets here, but until then, I can't really share any thoughts on it.

Really happy with this pillow — super comfortable and supportive. Delivery was quick and everything arrived perfectly packed. Would order one more:)

My daughter has terrible ezcema and has suffered since being small. She always scratches at night and scratches herself until she bleeds.
She doesn’t live a home as she is a student. I decided to buy a whole bedding set from idust mite. The next morning she said I was like sleeping on a cloud. No sctatching. I was so emotional something to relive the symptoms. I will definately save up to get her a set for her at university.

I also didn’t get my order, and received no updates, so eventually cancelled it. I didn’t even get offered £20 off either!

ETA: Richard offered to send me the product free of charge. I hadn’t managed to find similar elsewhere so accepted gratefully. I’m not sure why communication was so lacking during my initial experience with the company, but they certainly seem to be taking it seriously now.

I should say that the offer of a free product was made without any strings. I was not asked to edit this review.
