Hayley was great at arranging our mortgage and did this seamlessly. I found the frequency of messages from central office rather intrusive but did get us to complete paperwork! there was a high additional cost quoted for arrangement which we negotiated down but might otherwise be off-putting.

If you are nervous about the mortgage process, use Simon Tai from deal direct. Extremely responsive. No jargon, no pressure just results. Best broker I have ever used. Absolute legend!

We used Deal Direct almost 9 years ago for our first mortgage and the help and guidance for first time buyers was second to none.
