I made arrangements for a call back I had 2 text messages saying I will get a call, I waited but not go a call I complained to the company asking them why I did not get a call after it was arranged I left work to be free for the phone call they told me to make another appointment

I realised very soon before xmas that my mortgage fixed rate was ending on 26th dec. After and initial blind panic i contacted DDFS as used them before and spoke with Reuben Dawkins. He was helpful and got me a proposal with Barclays,which turned out to be the best deal, as I bank with them, the process was fast despite the festive period and being closed
