We are a rapidly expanding UK based firm of online accountants who service businesses and individuals across the UK. As an online firm, our costs are much lower than high street accountants who have additional costs such as receptionists and expensive high street offices. Our lower costs combined with an efficient paperless workflow means we can set unbeatably low prices. In fact, our prices are often found to be 75% - 90% less than our competition. You will be allocated your own experienced chartered accountant who will answer your accountancy and tax related questions and ensure all work is completed accurately before filing. Get timely answers to your queries for no extra cost. Our accountants monitor inboxes for urgent emails to which we reply immediately! We aim to reply to all non-urgent queries within 1 - 2 working days. Bookkeeping software such as FreeAgent, Xero and QuickBooks typically costs £300+ per year. Unlike other firms, we do not require you to buy or use any bookkeeping software. We know bookkeeping software is expensive, draining to learn and time consuming to use. At taxez, as part of our business package we offer to produce your accounts from your business bank transactions alone (which can be downloaded easily via online banking, then uploaded securely to our document portal). In fact this is our preferred method as it ensures your accounts are prepared accurately while saving you hours of bookkeeping and reducing your costs. Even if you are VAT registered (obligating you to follow the Making Tax Digital rules) if you prefer not to wrestle with bookkeeping software, we can file your VAT information to HMRC via our simple spreadsheet. Our experienced chartered accountants will claim all available allowances for you and provide advice on how to operate as tax efficiently as possible. We know what services you need as a small business owner and we know your concerns. Extremely poor and slow service
Extremely poor and slow service - non responsive to queries - you pay for what you get - they waited (after being asked to complete accounts shortly into new company tax year) after numerous chases to close to maximum filing date and finally produced.
Some positives - they very quickly issue an invoice and wont submit your return until you pay so at least that part of the process works!

FRAUDS took my money without offering…
FRAUDS took my money without offering any help filing my paperwork. Now facing prosecution from HMRC as paperwork filed late due to their Incompetence.
Now demanding a refund of my money why give you money and you're not doing the work I paid for.

Just what I wanted and needed
Excellent service, easy to deal with, great value for money especially considering this was the first set of accounts they have done for me this requiring a transition period on both sides, professional, speedy responses to queries and submissions. Reservations I had when signing up (the low fees made me wonder about the quality) quickly disappeared.
