More Than Accountants Recensioni

Title: Disappointing service, slow response and unexpected charges

I have been with More Than Accountants for a 24-month agreement through my company, Top Notch Digital Edge Limited. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.

The accountants have been extremely slow in handling matters, and despite being under a two-year agreement, they have still failed to submit my director’s self-assessment tax returns for both years. To make matters worse, I was subsequently informed that I would need to pay additional fees for this work.

What I find particularly disappointing is their approach to contract termination. After completing all 24 monthly payments, I was informed that I would still need to pay for an additional two months as a notice period.

I understand that businesses have contractual terms and conditions, but introducing additional payment obligations at the end of a minimum-term agreement, especially when the service itself has been disappointing, leaves a very poor impression.

I believe customers should receive the service they are paying for, clear communication about additional charges, and transparency about contract termination from the beginning.

Overall, this experience has significantly affected my confidence in More Than Accountants. I would encourage other business owners to carefully review the contract terms, particularly the termination clauses and what is actually included in the monthly package, before signing up.

I would highly recommend Eiman and the team at More Than Accountants to any business. Eiman is reliable, incredibly quick to respond, and always happy to help. Eiman makes even complicated matters easy to understand. She’s approachable, supportive, and takes the time to make everything simple and stress-free. It’s reassuring to know you’re in such good hands!

excellent service from start to finish. Always professional, helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Everything is explained clearly, and I feel confident knowing I'm in safe hands with Abdul Moiz.
Highly recommend, Thank you.

After a terrible experience with an incompetent member of staff (who no longer works here) i was assigned Eiman to fix the other guys mess and deal with my accounts. I cant really fault Eiman, she has been helpful polite and explains everything very clearly for me. I would definitely reccomend Eiman at more than accountants if you are able to request her self assessment and business accounts

I have been in business for over 40 years and my farther was a financial accountant and VAT specialist, so I have a greater understanding of accounting than most. With that said I had been with my previous accountants for more than 15 years and they had become complacent. I searched for services both high street and online and it was clear to me that it has no benefit dealing with larger accountants as their fees just keep increasing year on year. I have settled in with MTA with ease and as I live abroad they deal with everything I need efficiently, effectively and effortlessly. This is a real benefit to me and our company as I can email and get an immediate response which is perfect. Their fee's are well structured for the size of your operation, which for our company is very important. I have been with them for less than a year and my savings on previous accountants is already over £1,000 and is projected to save us around £1,800. That's a substantial saving over 15 years I wish I had found them sooner... I would complete my year end on the 6th April and submit to our previous accountants by the end of April, it would be January before I would hear back from the, a nightmare. With MTA I submitted by end of April and all was dealt with before June. Suban sent our personal SA last Thursday they were signed off on Friday and all submitted today Monday, you can't ask for More Than that from your Accountants. A very good play on words also... Thank you all.

More than Accountants are brilliant and excellent team to work with. Suban is a star! He has been brilliant and speedy in his response to my enquiry. Importantly he makes the self assessment process seamless understandable to navigate. I know my accounting affairs are in good hands.

I have been with Morethan since 2024. The service is simply outstanding in all regards. Usama is my main contact and he is super efficient, friendly and a subject matter expert.

Very good trustworthy accountants. I use for my payroll and yearly accounts. I am still here after 3 plus years.

I'm dealing with Suban for my accounts and I have asked the same question more than once and he is very patient.

My senior accountant, Hasrat Zaman, continues to be a fantastic support for my LTD company and self assessment returns. He's made the process much easier and quicker.

Really impressed with Hadia Khan. Accounting can quickly become confusing and messy but she was extremely helpful and explained everything clearly, and provided clear next steps that has taken a lot of weight off my shoulders. Massive thanks

It is my 9th year with the team and have never had a complaint. Hasrat and the team have always answered my questions quickly and with insight and knowledge and the services have always been undertaken diligently. I would definitely recommend the team

Abdul Moiz has been excellent. I’m not a business person and dread it every year when my accounts (as a freelance instructor) need sorting. Abdul took all the stress away and sorted everything for me. I’m very grateful.

Third year with Suban, and again easy filing of my end of year taxes, all my daft questions answered and he took all the stress out of it as I so dreading it all!
Thank you again Suban

Would highly recommend Mohtashim as an accountant. Very fast and considerate replies, and ensures that no question is a 'silly' one. Has been easy to work with and pleasant to speak to.

Excellent service and very helpful accountants
I have been with More Than Accountants for several years and have always found them helpful and responsive.
I would particularly like to thank Mohtashim and Fatir for their help with my latest Self Assessment. I had several questions regarding my accounts and tax return, and they took the time to answer them, make the necessary amendments and explain the figures clearly before the return was submitted.
Emails are answered promptly and I have always felt able to ask questions if I am unsure about something.
Very pleased with the service and happy to recommend More Than Accountants.

We can't recommend Arisha and More Than Accountants highly enough.

We came back to them with a set of company accounts that had been left in a real mess by our previous accountants, and only days to go before the filing deadline. It was a stressful and worrying time, but Arisha was calm, patient and kind from start to finish.

She took the time to go through everything we sent her, listened to our concerns, and explained our options clearly without any jargon. She then found a sensible solution that took a huge weight off our shoulders, and turned everything around quickly so the accounts were filed on time.

What stood out most was how reassuring she was. She made a difficult situation feel manageable, and we felt looked after the whole way through.

Thank you so much, Arisha. We're so glad we came back to you, and we'd recommend you to any business owner.
