Everything was as promised and on time.

This company does not stand behind their own tires.
Sold me a junk tire, verified by an independent shop. But said a tire with less than 300 miles on it wore through too much rubber to warrantee. They were notified of problem less than a week after tires installed.

Beware they ship tires up to 6 years old from their warehouse. If your buying performance tires this is a major issue as some tracks wont even let you run with tires that old.

They offered to take them as a return......For the one low price of a $300 restocking fee on my part. Which was absolutely ridiculous.

Initial buying process. Was great. Competitive prices and they have a ton of inventory. Site is well laid out. Really unfortunate.

This experience has been horrible. First I ordered wheels and tires from them. On the page that shows you that you purchased the product if I scrolled down below the part on the page that confirms my purchase it says that they aren’t compatible with my truck. However when I entered my truck info on their website they brought me to wheels that fit my truck (so I thought). It even said on their website exact wheels I bought that they fit my truck so I believed them. After I got them I brought them to Discount tire to get installed. It was at that point the Discount employee informed me that they wouldn’t fit. They weren’t even taken out of the bed of truck. I brought them home and inside to protect them. I got in touch with Jackie at Custom Offset and that’s when I found out if I scrolled down further on last page after purchase I would have known the wheels don’t fit. I asked to return them and Jackie informed me that there will be a $500 restocking fee. Well since they don’t fit I had to return them. Jackie asked for pictures to make sure they were still in new condition. She said to go ahead and return them and sent me the return info and had a semi truck come and pick them up. The driver wrapped them up on a pallet in front of me. I saw that he secured them the right way. Jackie just sent me an email stating that one of the wheels has a little damage and they won’t be able to accept it. I can have them send it back to me or they can destroy it but for another $20-$30 fee. The wheel was obviously damaged by the freight company otherwise why didn’t she tell me that one of the wheels was damaged in the pictures. I recommend that they close their doors and no longer scam people out of their money. I can’t believe this is happening. Please go somewhere else to buy products for your vehicle or anything else you were thinking of buying there. I have ordered a few different items from Custom Offsets. Always get what I expect. Yesterday, I received my latest order, no problem with order, however, shipping company did not tell me it was coming, didn't let me know it was delivered, the only confirmation I received was a message from Custom offsets requesting a review. At least they were aware it had been delivered! Nothing negative to say, just a little confused as to why there wasn't any communication from shipping.

This place sucks, ordered spacers for my truck based on the salesperson advice, when I had my tires mounted by different company, much better price on tires, they told me the 1" spacers would make the tires rub much worse than the 5/8" ones I was talked out of by Custom Offsets. Now they are telling me that after 2 weeks on an order that takes 6 to 8 weeks to process, I cannot cancel my order. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordering and receiving was very easy and everything arrived a timely manner completely undamaged. Very happy with everything that I received.

I have the opportunity to purchase a set of tires and wheels recently. I had actually spent months looking at different retailers to really no avail. Once I found custom offsets the information and then spoke with Greg it was easy. I got all my questions answered offered a great product and delivered quickly.

This was the first time I’ve bought wheels or tires online and the entire process was awesome. I wasn’t sure about tire size that would fit my truck with an after market lift kit and was able to get someone from CustomWheelOffsets on the phone. He took the time to contact Nissan to make sure that I was able to maximize tire size. I ended up ordering wheels, tires, TPMS sensors and chose to have them ceramic coat each wheel. The order arrived in a reasonable time and was packaged very well. Very happy with my experience.
