Great product

DO NOT buy from Fitment Industries.

My experience with this company was incredibly frustrating and expensive. We purchased wheels on 5/3 and decided the very next day, 5/4, to cancel the order. We promptly submitted an online cancellation request and also called Fitment Industries, leaving a voicemail after being unable to reach anyone directly.

Despite our efforts to cancel the order within approximately 24 hours of placing it, the wheels were shipped anyway. When the unopened package was returned, Fitment Industries charged us $478 in return fees. The box was never opened, and I have photos documenting that it was returned in its original unopened condition.

Paying nearly $500 to return an unopened package after attempting to cancel the order almost immediately is unreasonable. This situation could have been avoided entirely with timely communication and basic customer service.

Throughout the process, communication was poor, responses were slow, and resolving the issue felt like an uphill battle. Rather than working with us to find a reasonable solution, Fitment Industries relied on its policies. They left us responsible for a substantial charge on a product we never used and never even opened.

Consumers should be aware of the potential costs involved if an order needs to be canceled or returned. Based on my experience, the combination of poor communication, lack of flexibility, and excessive return fees makes this a company I cannot recommend.

Many reputable wheel retailers prioritize customer service and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, Fitment Industries was not one of them in our case.

Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Being this was my first time buying rims online I was a little nervous but with fitment industries guided wheels and tires package it helped me find the exact rims I wanted and what tires I may need. Overall the it was 5 star experience from buying to receiving my rims. I only waited about a week after I ordered them so that on its own made me happy. Ohh I forgot to mention the condition of the rims, not a dent or scratch in sight.

From start to finish, I was very satisfied with my experience. My order arrived as expected, and Keizer L. went above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure I felt confident about my purchase. Excellent customer support and great service!

Shipping was super fast and everything was packaged really well with multiple layers of protection. Only issue was the TPMS/valve stem color—would’ve liked more options. The blue that came installed isn’t really my style. I didn’t know the TPMS would be blue; if I had, I would’ve ordered the wheels and tires separately to match my exact vision. Silver or black would’ve been a better fit for my setup.

Honestly, the shipping was so fast. I wasn’t even sure it could possibly been when I ordered, but it was the wheels came in two days. Great job guys !

ordered wheels said it has 1 year warranty. after a month rims got out of shape when i asked about warranty they kindly walked out saying they are third party resellers

The wheels came absolutely perfectly wrapped and look amazing in the car. You can’t beat the prices and the warranty deals were ludicrous. Also the speed at which the items were packed, shipped, and delivered to my apartment was insane considering I ordered everything on a Thursday evening and they came the following week on a Tuesday. Truly impressed.
