Delivery was excellent especially as Bernard and Keenan had to climb 3 flights of stairs.
The furniture was up to Cotswold’s high standards.

The staff are sooo helpful /friendly . Natasha in the Stamford branch has served us on our last 2 visits where we purchased our bedroom furniture so efficient .

The store enables us to see furniture in reality rather than purely online. This is important to make the right decision. The store has a great selection of products, is inspiring and pleasant to be in. Staff are skilled in knowing when to help and when to give customers time to think. Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. This is our third or fourth visit and the standard of service and experience remained just as high as ever.

When getting back home to look I. Line as I wanted to check measurements I tapped in customer help and got through to bath store , they really were lovely and helpful.

It was important to us to be able to view the furniture in person rather than just viewing online. The Stamford store was convenient for us, was well laid out and included the ranges we wanted to see.
Sarah in the store was excellent both in terms of suggesting possible alternatives for us and guiding us through the order process. Subsequently she has kept us in touch with the progress of our order, we really appreciated the time and effort she has put in to help us

Beautifully maintained shop

I have been asked by Cotswolds to write a review so here you go. We purchased a KIng size bed from the Stamford store on 29th June (note: Cotswold charge for delivery and assembly, but this is stated at time of purchase). We were told delivery would be on 8th July. However I received a text on 3rd July informing us delivery would be on 6th July, fortunately I was working from home this day. The delivery drivers / fitters were upbeat, polite and professional, however the bed had two slats missing. They raised this issue immediately and I was contacted by telephone and then email on the same day by Lauren Lee from the customer support team. Subsequently two replacement slats were sent by courier, however unfortunately although they arrived quickly, they did not fit. I informed Lauren, with photographs, and she arranged for the correct slats to be sent, again by courier, these thankfully did fit. Although there have been some bumps in the road, overall I am happy that the problems were resolved quickly. We really like the bed and Lauren Lee's quick and efficient responses moved this review from 3* to 4* (Managers please note).
Final point, Cotswolds do not take old mattresses or bed frames so this needs to arranged separately.
