Excellent customer service! Ordered two sofa beds in error, Natasha and all the people I spoke too at TheCotswold Company, were amazing and supportive. The sofa bed is high standard, really happy with product. The drivers were polite and friendly. Would highly recommend this company snd will use again.

Ordered Camille sideboard , beautiful solid wood. Delivery was on time and efficient. Charlie and Tomas were lovely people making it feel more like a treat than a delivery. They unpacked and carefully placed the furniture in position. (Order no6600127)

The goods arrived on time, and from the original projected delivery date to the time slot given on the actual day of delivery, we were emailed and texted regular updates. Morgan & Tyrell, the delivery team, were courteous, respectful of our property and extremely helpful in taking two single beds and mattresses up two flights of stairs to an attic bedroom.

Beautiful piece of furniture, delivered by Sam and Simon who were prompt, cheerful and professional. From the original purchase in store with Paul F. to final delivery, absolutely excellent service. Highly recommended. Thank you x

On our delivery date -Ian and Siu-Pai carefully and professionally carried out their tasks of bringing all our bedroom furniture to our home and that also included installing two double wardrobes which were extremely heavy

Fabulous chest of drawers and Raf and Sam delivered the unit in the timeframe arranged and were even kind enough to take it upstairs for me and put in situ in the room. Both very polite, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered a sofa from Cotswold Co, took forever to arrive (about 3 months) and despite being told it had arrived from the factory, was then given contradicting advice to say it hadn’t arrived and the delivery date had to be postponed. No apology or reduction made to the delivery fee already paid... Sofa was eventually delivered by two nice chaps Asher & Richard who very carefully placed it in our front room. The sofa is lovely quality but I felt underwhelmed by the shopping experience and time it took to arrive.

I cannot speak too highly about the service I received from The Cotswold Company from going to the show rooms and making our choice, the delivery and finally the comfort of the two sofas we purchased. All accomplished with absolute professionalism. A special mention for Earle and Mark the cheeky chappies who did the delivery. They were both extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble, service with a smile.

Received my Notgrove sideboard 17 days ago, which looks lovely and the delivery was good, however the key will not open the doors and I am unable to get into the sideboard. I immediately reported this to Cotswold customer service by e mail, but despite this and a follow up e mail 11 days later, I still have had no response. Dreadful customer service and I am minded to start proceedings with my credit card supplier for a refund on the grounds the item is not fit for purpose
